Our Blossom Honey is a celebration of the British countryside in full bloom. Foraged from wildflower-rich pastures, each jar captures the delicate nectar of the season — a golden tapestry woven from countless blossoms visited by tireless honeybees.

Its flavour is light and floral, with subtle notes that shift gently depending on the flowers in bloom. Every spoonful feels like a sunlit meadow, brimming with life and fragrance.

Our Customer Questions

Does Blossom Honey always taste the same?

No — Blossom Honey changes subtly with the seasons, depending on which flowers are in bloom. This makes each jar a unique snapshot of the landscape and its floral diversity at the time of harvest.

Is your honey pasteurised or filtered?

No. Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and cold-extracted. This keeps all of the natural enzymes, pollen, and beneficial compounds intact.

Why does honey crystallise?

Crystallisation is a sign of true raw honey. It means the product hasn’t been tampered with. You can gently warm the jar in hot water to return it to liquid form.

Is your honey from the UK?

Yes. We work exclusively with beekeepers in Cheshire. Every jar is 100% British.

Do you blend your honey?

Never. Each batch is single-origin and seasonal — its colour, flavour, and texture will vary naturally depending on forage.

Can I cook or bake with raw honey?

Absolutely. While raw honey is best enjoyed unheated to preserve its living enzymes, it can also be used in baking and cooking. It adds depth, natural sweetness, and a rich floral note to any dish. Just be aware that heating will neutralise some of its active properties.
