Our Seeded Sour is a hearty twist on our classic sourdough, crafted with organic sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, millet, and jumbo oats. Each loaf is hand-shaped and rolled in seeds before baking, giving it a nutty, toasty crust and deep, earthy flavour.

Inside, the crumb is soft yet robust, enriched with the goodness of whole seeds that bring both nourishment and texture. Fermented slowly over two days, this bread delivers complexity and digestibility that modern loaves simply can’t match.

Ingredients

Organic white wheat flour, organic high extraction wheat flour (81%), organic whole wheat flour, organic whole grain rye flour, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic linseeds, organic millet, organic jumbo oats, spring water, organic sea salt, sourdough starter (flour & water).

How to Store

Store at room temperature inside the bag to maintain freshness. Best enjoyed within 3–4 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze; toast directly from frozen for a warm, crusty bite.

We ship every Saturday, and take our orders 1-week in advance. So make sure your order is submitted by 12pm Saturday for delivery the following week.

Is the Seeded Sour suitable for people with nut allergies?

Yes. While packed with seeds, this loaf contains no nuts. However, it’s baked in an environment that handles other ingredients, so those with severe allergies should exercise caution.

What makes sourdough different to normal bread?

Sourdough is naturally fermented using wild yeasts and bacteria — no baker’s yeast or additives. This process creates complex flavours and improves digestibility.

Is your sourdough gluten free?

No — but many people with gluten sensitivity (not coeliac) find our long-fermented sourdough much easier to digest as the fermentation process naturally reduces the gluten levels within sourdough bread.

Can I freeze your bread?

Yes. We recommend slicing before freezing so you can defrost slice-by-slice. It reheats beautifully in the toaster.

How fresh is your bread?

It’s baked the day before your delivery and sent directly from our local bakery. Fresh, never frozen, and ready to slice.
