What This is & Why it Exists
Raw MCR is a weekly farm-direct food service built around one simple belief — that the people growing real food in this country deserve better than obscurity, and the people eating it deserve better than what the supermarkets are selling them. We source raw milk, unpasteurised cheese, organic sourdough, raw honey and properly free range eggs directly from small farms and artisan producers who refuse to cut corners. Then we deliver it to your door, every week, in packaging designed to come back to us and go out again.
The Members Club is how we do this properly. It's not a loyalty scheme or a points system or a referral programme dressed up in nicer language. It's a weekly commitment — yours to us, and ours to you — built around real food, a closed packaging loop, and a community of people who've decided that what's on their table actually matters.

Every Members Club order travels in a reusable wool-lined box with gel cool
packs, kept cold from our hands to your door. When your next delivery arrives, the previous week's packaging comes back to us — cleaned, reset, and ready to go again.
It's a simple loop. But in an industry built on convenience at any cost, it's a deliberately inconvenient stand — and one we think is worth taking.
To protect the packaging and keep the loop running cleanly, we ask for a refundable deposit when you join. It sits with us for as long as you're a member and comes straight back to you when you leave — no questions, no small print.

Our frequently asked questions
How does the weekly box work?
Each week you log into your Members account, build your box from our current range, and confirm your order before the weekly cut-off. We collect everything fresh from our producers, pack it on delivery day, and bring it straight to your door. Your card is charged automatically each week on your billing date.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — Members orders start from £20 per week for subscription items. Beyond that, you build your box however you like. No ceiling, no fixed contents.
What's the packaging deposit & when do I get it back?
When you join, a refundable deposit of £10 is added to your first order. It covers the reusable box, wool liner and cool packs that travel with your delivery each week. When you cancel your membership and return your packaging on the final delivery, your deposit comes straight back to you — no fuss, no small print.
What day do you deliver?
We deliver every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Saturday 12pm to make that week's delivery. Some items in our range are available on a pre-order basis — these are produced in small batches and sourced to order rather than held in stock. If your box contains a pre-order item, your delivery may occasionally be pushed to the following week to ensure everything arrives together, fresh and at its best. We'll always let you know in advance if this affects your order. If you miss the weekly cut-off, your order will roll over to the following week's delivery automatically. Nothing is lost — it just means you'll receive your box seven days later than planned. If you'd prefer to refund the order instead just let us know before we submit orders with our suppliers on Saturday at 12pm.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Life happens. You can pause your subscription for up to [X] weeks through your account dashboard. Just make sure you let us know before your weekly cut-off.
Can I pause my How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your Members account. We just ask that you return your packaging on your final delivery so we can refund your deposit promptly.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Knutsford, Hale, Bowdon, Altrincham, Mobberley, Poynton and the surrounding villages. If you're nearby and not on the list — drop us a message. If we can get it to you, we will.
